The Board of County Commissioners approved a $100,000 grant for the Home Trust last week, again showing strong support for our efforts (this is in addition to the $100,000 funding toward our Ouray 6-plex purchase).
This latest funding will be used to leverage a matching grant from DOLA for infrastructure improvements for the 6-plex and the Home Trust’s Ouray Oak Street Rentals project (14 rental units).
