    • Two families were selected from 5 income-qualified applicants who best fit pre-defined eligibility criteria as determined by the selection committee.

    • Two 1582 sq. ft./3-bedroom/2.5BA homes with 276 sq. ft garage on .24 acres in Ridgway’s Parkside subdivision adjacent to Community Garden, Apiary & Green Street Park. These units are custom built with front/back yards.
  • Timeline:
    • Broke ground October 2023 - with an April 2025 completion.

The project’s construction was spearheaded by OnSight Construction, owned and operated by Clint Estes a local builder with established relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, enabling the attainment of significant discounts and in-kind donations of materials and labor.

Clint’s standard project management fee is 10% of the desired budget. He committed to this project for 6% a significant reduction reflecting his dedication and significant commitment to the project.

Below is a list of the sub-contractors that worked hard and efficiently to help build this project at such an affordable price, which simply would have not been possible without this connected and respectful construction ecosystem within our community. All of these people donated directly with a fair wage and strong work ethic. Many of them donated further through significant discounts – because they believed in this project:

Because of the collective generosity of all those involved in the construction of this project, the costs of this project came in at $214/sq. ft

And due of the generosity of those named below, we are able to sell these homes for $177/sq. ft. – about half of the market rate average of $350 – $400/sq. ft.:
