Applying
- There is no application fee.
- Applications must be completed and submitted in one session.
- All required documentation should be prepared and ready before starting application.
- Incomplete applications cannot be submitted.
- All applications will be reviewed for eligibility, and applications will be notified of
their status. - All applications and unit assignments will follow federal Fair Housing laws
Important:
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, placement, or assignment to a unit. Preferences for unit type, apartment size, or move-in date cannot be guaranteed. Processing times may vary depending on the number of applications received.
HTOC reserves the right to close or reopen the application period as needed based on unit availability and program capacity.
Pet Policy
One pet per unit is permitted with written approval and a refundable pet deposit of up to $300, subject to applicable Colorado law. Assistance animals (service and approved support animals) are not considered pets and may be approved as a reasonable accommodation. All animals must comply with local licensing, vaccination, and property rules.
