We’re thrilled to welcome Amanda Gerhardt as the Home Trust of Ouray County’s new Finance Director.
Amanda brings deep expertise in affordable housing, nonprofit finance, and development particularly across Colorado’s Western Slope. Prior to joining the Home Trust, she served as Executive Director for a Habitat for Humanity affiliate, where she led major organizational growth, tripling housing production and significantly expanding the organization’s financial capacity and assets. She also implemented strong financial and operational systems that strengthened long-term sustainability.
A Wyoming native with deep family roots on the Western Slope, Amanda has long been connected to the people and places that make this region special. She holds an M.B.A. from the University of South Dakota and is deeply committed to helping families build stability and put down roots in the communities they call home. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family, traveling, and staying actively engaged in her community.
