Home Trust secured $20,000 in funding from Enterprise Community Partners, an organization working to “invest in and advocate for the preservation and production of good homes people can afford”. This funding was committed to a renovation project we are undertaking for our 6-Plex apartments in Ouray (photo above). When we purchased the property to preserve it as affordable housing some of the units needed significant renovations, this new funding will allow us to move forward on this project. |

An additional $38,000 is still being sought to fulfill the entirety of the renovation project. If you are interested in helping with this funding, part of our efforts toward keeping 6 families and members of our workforce from being displaced, please just reply to this email for details. Other funding support we received recently includes: $1,510 from a Western Colorado Community Foundation/Citizens State Bank Donor-advised Fund for general support. $500 from Ridgway Ouray Community Council toward our Ouray Riverwalk Affordable Rentals project. We are so grateful for all the generous funding toward our projects and our mission! |
