We closed on a 6 unit apartment building in the city of Ouray. Many thanks to our partners who helped us preserve existing affordable housing: the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, DOLA, the city of Ouray, Ouray County, and our local community members who donated to this project! We were awarded a $350,000 grant by the state housing board to apply to the acquisition of this project. These units will continue to provide affordable rentals to households below 80% AMI.
