We are excited to share that our River Walk Rental Project in Ouray (sketch drawings below – which were recently approved by the Ouray Planning Commission of this 13 unit affordable rental project) received a full funding request from the State’s More Housing Now initiative, of $297,450 – whoop!
The funding, through the Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), will be applied to our rental project in three ways:
Water/Sewer Tap Fees: $195,000
Building Permit Fees: $43,750
Construction Document Creation: $58,700
