The Home Trust of Ouray County has recently become the administrator of Ouray County’s Homebuyer Opportunity Fund. This fund will assist qualified homebuyers with purchasing an affordable home in Ouray County. The initial funds are earmarked for four specific deed-restricted units in the town of Ridgway however the Home Trust is campaigning to the grow the fund to $250,000.
